Terms of Service

1. Bookings

A booking is confirmed when we confirm it — by phone, email or SMS — not when you submit the form. We hold tables for 15 minutes past the reservation time; after that, the table may be released, though we'll always try to reach you first.

Large parties, weekend sittings and special experiences may carry specific terms that we'll state clearly at booking. Those specific terms take precedence over this document where they differ.

2. Deposits & cancellations

• Deposits apply to parties of six or more, weekend prime sittings, and all experience bookings
• Deposits are credited in full against your bill
• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your sitting; within 48 hours, deposits may be retained
• No-shows forfeit the deposit
• Where we cancel, deposits are refunded in full — see our Refunds Policy

5. This website

The site's content is provided in good faith — menus, prices and availability change with the season and are confirmed at booking. You may not scrape, reproduce or commercially reuse site content without written permission. Links to third-party sites (maps, social platforms) are provided for convenience; we're not responsible for their content.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under Australian Consumer Law. Beyond that, our liability for service issues is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding what you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect losses — though we'd rather fix a problem than argue about it, so tell us first via the contact page.
