Reservations are managed directly by the venue. Event and corporate bookings are contracted with the venue operator.

2. Licensing

Sunshine Bistro serves alcohol under the liquor licence held for the premises within The Star precinct. Service follows Queensland liquor laws: no service to minors, no service to intoxicated persons, and responsible service practices throughout. Gaming areas within the precinct operate under The Star's own licences and conditions.

3. Precinct conditions

The venue sits inside The Star Gold Coast. Entry to the precinct is subject to The Star's conditions of entry, which include identification requirements, exclusions policies and security screening. Those conditions apply to our guests in addition to anything in our own Terms of Service.

4. Intellectual property

The Sunshine Bistro name, this site's design, photography and written content belong to the venue operator or its licensors. Menus and journal articles may be shared socially with attribution; commercial reproduction requires written permission.

5. Governing law

These matters are governed by the laws of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia. Disputes are subject to the courts of Queensland. If any part of this notice is found unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply.
